Since the Technical Stuff page goes into a lot
of detail about the main programming tricks, you will have to settle for a
relatively poorly documented source code file:

This is the .bmp file I used for the Palm application icon:

The following files contain the graphics data used inside the game. They have
already been incorporated into the source code as short datatype arrays and
are therefore completely irrelevant, but if you are interested in seeing what
they looked like, here they are:
